We currently deliver within Moldova only. Delivery is free on orders over 350 MDL, and a flat 50 MDL fee applies below that. Orders are processed and delivered within 2 business days of being received. See our Terms & Conditions for full delivery details.
Your 14-day right of withdrawal
If you're buying as a consumer, you can cancel your order and return your product within 14 calendar days of receiving it, without giving a reason.
This applies to items from our First Harvest collection too. If that batch has sold out by the time your return is processed, we'll refund you rather than offer an exchange, since we can't guarantee more stock until the next shipment arrives.

Condition of returned products
Since our products are sealed food items, we can only accept returns of products that are unopened and in their original packaging, for hygiene reasons. An opened product can't be returned or refunded under this policy.
Refunds
Once we receive and check the returned product, we'll refund your payment using the method you paid with, within 14 business days.
If you're withdrawing from your purchase simply because you changed your mind, you're responsible for the cost of sending the item back to us. If your order arrived damaged, incorrect, or faulty, we cover the return shipping instead — see below.
Damaged or incorrect orders
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or faulty, contact us — this is separate from the withdrawal right above, and you're entitled to a replacement or refund regardless of packaging condition.
