Noura ("we", "us") operates this website to sell Celtic sea salt online.

2. Products

Prices are listed in Moldovan Lei (MDL). Our first collection is a limited import — we reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to limit order quantities while stock lasts.

3. Orders & payment

Orders are placed through this website. You choose your payment method at checkout — Cash on Delivery or Card on Delivery (a physical card terminal brought to you) — and either way you pay when your order is delivered; nothing is charged online. Your order is confirmed as soon as you submit it. We'll call or message you to confirm your order before it ships, and may cancel orders we're unable to confirm.

4. Delivery

We currently deliver within Moldova only: delivery is free on orders over 350 MDL, and a flat 50 MDL fee applies below that. Orders are processed and delivered within 2 business days of being received.

5. Right of withdrawal

You may withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving your order, without giving a reason. See our Returns & Withdrawal Policy for details.

6. Intellectual property

The text, design, and Noura name and logo on this website belong to us or are used under license, and may not be copied or reused without permission. Product names, branding, and imagery belonging to Le Guérandais remain the property of their respective owner. Where a third-party photo is used under a Creative Commons license, credit is given where it appears on the site.

7. Force majeure

We're not liable for delays or failure to fulfill an order caused by events outside our reasonable control — including delays affecting shipments from our supplier, customs, natural events, or similar circumstances. We'll let you know as soon as reasonably possible if something like this affects your order.

8. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under the law of the Republic of Moldova that cannot be excluded by agreement.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Moldova.

10. Complaints & dispute resolution

If you have a complaint we haven't been able to resolve directly, you can contact the Inspectoratul de Stat pentru Supravegherea Produselor Nealimentare și Protecția Consumatorilor, Moldova's national consumer protection authority, at consumator.gov.md.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time to reflect changes in our business or the law. The current version is always available on this page, and continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the update.
