1. Who controls your data

2. What we collect

When you place an order: your name, delivery address, email, phone number, and order details, plus your chosen payment method (cash or card on delivery). Either way, payment happens in person when your order arrives — using a physical card terminal for card payments — so we never collect or process any payment card details through this website.

3. Why we collect it

To process and deliver your order, respond to enquiries, and meet our legal and accounting obligations. We don't use your data for marketing unless you separately opt in.

4. Who we share it with

Our order-processing tool (Formspree), which delivers your order details to us by email and processes that data under its own privacy policy.
Moldovan tax or accounting authorities, where legally required.

Deliveries are currently made personally rather than through a courier, so your address isn't shared with a third-party delivery company.

We don't sell your data to anyone.

5. How long we keep it

As long as needed to fulfill your order, and in any case no longer than 5 years from the date of purchase, to meet standard accounting and tax record-keeping obligations in Moldova.

6. Cookies & analytics

This site does not currently use cookies or analytics tools. If that changes, this policy will be updated first.

7. Your rights

Under Moldovan data protection law, you can ask to access, correct, delete, or restrict the use of your data, or object to it, by contacting hello@noura.md. You can also complain to the National Center for Personal Data Protection (Centrul Național pentru Protecția Datelor cu Caracter Personal).
