Harvested by hand using traditional wooden tools by the paludiers of Guérande, this coarse grey sea salt is left unrefined and non-iodized. Its natural grey tone comes from the clay-rich floor of the salt marshes it crystallizes over, and it carries the trace minerals that give Celtic salt its distinctive character. Ideal for cooking, brining, and salt mills.

Store in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and moisture. Properly stored, it doesn't spoil or expire.
